How To See A Bright ‘Parade Of Planets’ From Your Home: What You Can See In The Night Sky This Week

This week it’s all about planets. Get up early and you’ll see Jupiter, Saturn and Mars shining brightly in the south-southeast, while in the west after dark Venus continues to shine brightly—for now. These “wandering stars” are always moving fast, and as they orbit the Sun their apparent positions among the stars change dramatically as seen from our own orbiting planet.

Sensational K-Pop Band BTS Just Got a Brand New English Name

BTS is the K-pop boy band that’s slowly but surely taking over the world, thanks to the seven-member squad’s immense popularity on Twitter and some recent recognition in the form of a Billboard Music Award and nod on TIME’s own 25 Most Influential People on the Internet list. So maybe it makes sense that the global sensation are cannily turning their sights on reaching more directly to English-speaking audiences, their last hurdle before hitting it big, this time by changing their group name.

Samsung Surprisingly Reveals New Galaxy Smartphone In Air Conditioner Ad

Spotted by the eagle-eyed BGR, Samsung has casually inserted an eye-catching notch-less, bezel-less, all-screen Galaxy smartphone in an ad for its new ‘Wind free’ home air conditioner (yeah, me too). The device, seen at 0:55, has the harder angles of a Galaxy Note, but without any top bezel or visible front-facing camera.
03/31 Update: Samsung has replied to me saying only that it doesn't comment on future products. This obviously gives the video leak another level of excitement, especially given Samsung's public commitment to under-display cameras and the leaked 2020 timeline for its introduction on smartphones (more detail below). That said, I also wouldn't rule out the company just being deliberately vague.

Iceland To Stop Killing Whales In 2020, Choosing To Watch Them Instead

Iceland recently announced that its long-time annual whale hunt is coming to an end; citing an extended no-fishing zone, coronavirus social distancing regulations, increasing interest in whale watching and declining exports to Japan as reasons why they won’t be hunting this year.

Samsung's Timing Is Perfect For The Latest A Series Phones

Consumers can be put into two categories, those who will buy a flagship device and those who don’t. The first being the power user who wants the best of the best and is a tech enthusiast, or it's kind of like a status symbol for them. I am one of those people- I feel I need the latest and greatest to get my job done more effectively, giving me an “edge.” The second is the group of consumers who don't care too much about the device as long as it works and gets them through the day. Their focus is primarily reliability and value.

Feds Announce First Arrests In Country Linked To PPP Loan Fraud

It appears that two New England businessmen took the concept of “free money” way too far.
David A. Staveley (a/k/a Kurt D. Sanborn) of Andover, Massachusetts, and David Butziger of Warwick, Rhode Island, have been accused of conspiring to illegally obtain funds through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The PPP offers billions of dollars in potentially forgivable loans to keep workers on the payroll, guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
